The training section of the group is run purely by volunteers, who are wholly dedicated to promote approved advanced riding techniques. They have made the effort to continue their training at their own expense. Additional training for them includes many on-road sessions and classroom studies, which culminate with written exams to become, qualified I.A.M. Observers. This qualification is reinforced by a retest every three years. All Observers give of their time freely. |

Cadam organise Ride and Survive. A Family Motorcycle Road Safety Show, which takes place in Gloucester Park, Basildon, Essex. 7th June 2009. Their aim is to reduce casualties in Essex and surrounding counties. Essex has one of the highest numbers of Killed or Seriously Injured statistics. Their desire is to reduce this amount significantly through Educating New Comers, Re-Educating existing Riders; giving everyone the opportunity to take further Advanced Riding Skill Training days (with their chosen Training School) or by simply providing information on Safer Environments for off road and/or track riding experiences. |
